Wedding Coordination & Management

You have spent many months or even years researching, planning and organising every details for your wedding. You've booked one of the best photographer, picked the top menu options and paid for extra bar coverage. Then there are the other details such as card box, guest book, pens, photos of the two of you....whoa!!! Who’s going to make sure all this goes to plan? There is no need recruit your entire extended family to coordinate your wedding day. They should be celebrating and you should too. Sit back and snuggle up to your partner in the limousine that you've booked nearly a year ago. You don't need your mobile, no one will call with an urgent question. Take your time, be with each other, because you know your wedding coordinator(s) has it all under control. We are the one that will keep calm in all situations.

We are professional and equipped to manage every facets of your event. We sit down with you a few weeks leading up to your big day to discuss coordination details. We check in with your suppliers and confirm specifics. On the day, we ensure your suppliers have fulfilled their duties. We make sure what's important to you are managed and your guests are comfortable. We queue your bridal entrance, music, and work with the MC to seamlessly run your wedding program. We look after you, bring snacks, drinks or sneak in a vodka for the groom before his speech. We have a wedding emergency kit, and on many occasions have saved the day.

At the end of the event, we take a moment to reflect, breath and soldier on to coordinate all the pack down and bump out. We get home some wee hours in the morning, our feet aches and we crash into bed. In the next days, we contact your suppliers to get feedback. A post event report is compiled and sent to you. Finally, our job is done.

Package includes:

  • Up to three meetings to discuss and finalise your on day coordination details
  • Unlimited email, phone/online support
  • Creation of wedding day program, if needed
  • Two site inspections
  • Wedding rehearsal attendance and coordination
  • Liaising with all suppliers, confirming details and specifications
  • Confirm final numbers to suppliers as needed
  • On day coordination of suppliers arrival and set up
  • On day management of wedding program & timeline
  • On day set up & pack down, as required
  • Post event review and report sent for your records

We manange the following:

  • Coordinate all suppliers (Decorators, florists, hiring companies, set up crew, bar, caterer, venue, Celebrant…)
  • Manage the wedding program alongside MC and entertainment
  • Guest greeting
  • Take care of bridal party, family, VIP guests, guests that needs special assistance and those with dietary requirements
  • Lighting and sound checks
  • Queue entrances and musics
  • Pack your belongings as per your instructions
  • Crisis management in case of emergencies or unforeseen weather occurrences
  • Check the lay out and set ups are as per your wishes (place cards, cake, decor, ice cream cart, photo booths, mobile bar…)
  • Confirm and count guest attendance for you and your caterer
